We sell judgment about handling information responsibly, so we try to practice what we sell. This notice explains, in plain language, what this website collects and what happens to it.
What we collect
If you submit the Get Started form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, organization, and your answers about goals, tools, timeline, and budget. If you simply browse the site, we collect nothing that identifies you — the site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to understand your inquiry and respond to it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we will not add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled database hosted in the United States, readable only by Rihlah. Email you send to support@rihlah.tech lives in our email account like any correspondence.
How long we keep it
If we end up working together, your information becomes part of the engagement record. If we don’t, we periodically clear out old inquiries. Either way, you can ask us to delete what you’ve shared at any time — email support@rihlah.tech and we’ll confirm the deletion in writing.
One practical caution
The form’s free-text boxes are for describing your situation — please don’t paste confidential documents, personal data about others, or anything embargoed into them. Save that for after we’ve signed an agreement that protects it.
